Ⅰ. Overview of liquid silicone rubber products

Liquid silicone rubber products are relative to solid high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber products. It is a liquid rubber with good fluidity, fast vulcanization, safer and more environmentally friendly, and can fully meet the requirements of food-grade silicone rubber.

According to the position of the functional groups (ie, cross-linking points) contained in the molecular structure of liquid silicone rubber, liquid silicone rubber products with functional groups are often divided into two categories:

One type is called telechelic liquid rubber with functional groups at both ends of the molecular structure;

The other type is that the active functional groups are randomly distributed in the main chain, that is, those with functional groups in the molecular structure are called non-telechelic type, LSR (liquid silicone rubber). Of course, there are also those with both intermediate functional groups and terminal official groups.
